How to Make Gluten Free Chocolate Poke Cake
Making poke cake is a quick and easy process, which means it’s perfect for a last minute get together. You can whip up this simple dessert with just a few minutes of prep work. After that, all you have to do is wait for it to chill!

Start by preparing your gluten free chocolate cake mix according to the recipe instructions. Then, bake the cake in a 9×13 pan. Once the cake is finished baking, allow it to cool completely.
After that, you can use a wooden skewer to poke small holes all over the cake. The holes will allow all your toppings to soak directly into the cake, adding even more flavor to every bite!

Once all the holes are poked, it’s time to start adding your toppings. First, spread the sweetened condensed milk all over the cake, making sure to push it into the holes with your spatula.

After the condensed milk is added, heat the hot fudge in the microwave according to the instructions on the jar. Don’t skip the heating process! Your fudge will be too thick to spread if you don’t warm it up first.
When the fudge it warm, spread the entire jar over the top of the cake. Then, place a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the cake and put it in the fridge to chill for at least one hour.

After the cake has chilled, remove it from the fridge and spread the whipped topping evenly over the top. Then, return the plastic wrap to the top of the cake and put it back in the refrigerator. Chill the cake for another one hour or up to overnight.

When you’re ready to serve your cake, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the whipped cream and top the dessert with a few rainbow sprinkles. After that, you can slice, serve, and enjoy your chocolate poke cake!
