I have always loved meatballs, but most traditional meatball recipes aren’t gluten free. That’s because they typically use gluten-filled breadcrumbs to bind the meatballs and help them stick together while they cook.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a meatball appetizer at your next party — even if you’re gluten free! You can make your own gluten free meatballs in a variety of different flavors.

These delicious meatballs are sure to be a hit at your party. But if you have a few leftovers when your celebration is over, you should store them in the refrigerator. Transfer the meatballs to an airtight container, then keep them chilled for up to four days.
