To make these fun witch hat Fudge Stripes, you’ll start with store-bought Keebler cookies. Then, you’ll decorate those cookies to turn them into a cute Halloween snack.
To make this easy witches hat cookies recipe, you’ll need:
- Fudge Stripe Cookies. The base of your no bake witch hat cookies is Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies, so start with a package of those delicious treats!
- Chocolate icing. To get your witch hat ingredients to stick together, you’ll need a little bit of icing. You can use premade chocolate icing from the store or make your own.
- Hershey’s Kisses. The top of these no bake cookies is made using Hershey’s Kisses. I used plain Kisses, but you can use any variety you want!
- Halloween sprinkles. Adding sprinkles to your witch hat cookies is optional, but it does add a fun touch to the look of the finished product. I used black and orange nonperils to decorate the top of my cookies.
How to Make Fudge Stripe Witch Hats
These layered cookies are quick and easy to make because there’s no baking involved! Just follow these three easy steps to whip up this simple no-bake treat in minutes.
Start by transferring a small amount of your chocolate icing into a quart-sized zip-top bag or a piping bag. Cut the tip off one corner of the bag to turn it into a piping bag. This will help keep your dollops of icing uniform and keep you from adding too much icing to the top of each cookie.
Once your icing is ready to go, arrange all the Fudge Stripe cookies in an even layer with the top of the cooking facing down.
Pipe a dollop of chocolate icing over the hole in the center of each cookie, making sure to get some around the edges of the hole to help hold the Kisses in place.
After topping each Fudge Stripe cookie with icing, press the Hershey’s Kisses into the top of each icing mound. Try to keep the Kiss in the center of the icing so you have the same amount of icing peeking out all around the bottom of your Kiss.

- 24 plain Hersey’s Kisses, unwrapped
- Chocolate icing
- Orange and black sprinkles
Instructions
- Fill a piping bag or zip-top bag with chocolate icing and cut off the tip of the bag.
- Place the Fudge Stripe cookies face down on a flat surface.
- Pipe a small dollop of icing on the center of each cookie, covering the hole.
- Press the Hershey’s Kiss into the dollop of icing.
- Decorate the exposed icing around the sides of the Kiss with the orange and black sprinkles.
