What I love about this caramel apple cheesecake in a jar recipe is how simple it is to make. All you have to do is prepare the cheesecake filling, then add your caramel apple ingredients to the top.

To prepare your own no bake cheesecake jars, you’ll need:

  • Gluten free graham crackers
  • Butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped topping
  • Granny Smith apples
  • Caramel sauce
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Mini M&Ms

On top of making your cheesecake filling, you’ll need a few other supplies to put this mason jar recipe together. To package your cheesecake jars, you’ll need:

  • Half pint jars: Small half pint jars are the perfect size for an indivual dessert. You can make your no bake cheesecake in larger jars, but keep in mind that pint-sized jars will hold around two servings of cheesecake.
  • Piping bag: To easily get the cheesecake filling into the jars, it’s a good idea to use a piping bag. If you don’t have any piping bags on hand, you can also use a gallon sized zip-top bag. Just fill the bag and cut the tip of to pipe the filling into the jars.

Since this easy mason jar dessert idea is made up of three layers, you’ll need to take the time to prepare each element before you can put your jars together. Start by preparing the gluten free crust for your cheesecake in a jar. Combine crushed gluten free graham crackers with brown sugar and melted butter until the mixture begins to stick together.

After your graham cracker crumbs are prepared, place a thin layer of crumbs in the bottom of each jar. Use a spoon or a tart tamper to lightly press the crust together in the bottom of each jar.

Once you have your crust ready to go, it’s time to mix up the no bake cheesecake filling. To prepare this delicious filling, start by beating together softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.   • 1 1/2 cups crushed gluten free graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 granny smith apples, diced
  • Caramel sauce
  • Mini M&Ms
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Stir together the gluten free graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of six half pint jars.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
  4. Fill each jar halfway full of the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Top with a layer of caramel sauce.
  6. Fill the jar the rest of the way with cheesecake mixture.
