Mason Jar Easter Centerpiece for Your Table

I love how easy this candy centerpiece is to make! In addition to taking no more than five minutes to put together, you also only need a few inexpensive supplies to create a beautiful centerpiece to hold all your spring flowers.

Supplies for Your Easter Centerpiece
To create this Easter flower vase, you’ll need:
- A wide-mouth mason jar
- Empty toilet paper tube
- Easter egg candy
- Buffalo check ribbon
On top of only needing three things to put this farmhouse DIY project together, you won’t believe how cheap it was to make! I already had an empty wide-mouth jar and leftover buffalo check ribbon at home. So, all I had to do was grab a bag of Easter egg candy and an empty toilet paper tube from the bathroom!

Make Your Easter Centerpiece for Your Table
This Easter centerpiece couldn’t be simpler to make! In fact, the hardest part about putting it together is not eating those yummy chocolate eggs while you’re filling your mason jar!
Start by placing your empty toilet paper roll inside the mason jar. The roll will make it super simple to place all your flowers inside the vase after you’re finished decorating your Easter centerpiece with candy. The toilet paper roll fit perfectly inside my wide-mouth pint jar. But if you plan on using a larger jar for your candy centerpiece, you may need to use an empty paper towel roll instead. Just cut it to fit your jar, then continue to the next step.
While holding the toilet paper roll int place with one hand, start adding candy pieces around the outside of the roll. Take your time as you place the candy in the jar, making sure not to duplicate colors or add a piece of cracked candy, like I did — oops!
Continue adding candy to the jar until it’s filled to the top. At this point, your toilet paper roll will probably be visible, but that’s OK. After your vase is filled, tie a piece of buffalo check ribbon into a bow at the top of the jar. The ribbon will help cover the toilet paper roll and add a little bit of farmhouse charm to your display.
How to Decorate with a Candy Centerpiece
After you finish decorating your candy centerpiece, you can add flowers to your vase. Since this vase is filled with candy and a cardboard roll, you won’t be able to add real flowers. But you can add all the artificial flowers you want to the Easter centerpiece for your table!
No matter how you have your home decorated, placing a vase of flowers is a great way to enhance the room’s decor and add a new visual element to the room. Are you wondering how to decorate with your candy-filled vase after you’re finished putting it together? Check out these simple ideas:
