Prepare the Easter Bunny Cupcakes
These cute Easter Bunny cupcakes are perfect for the Easter holiday. Not only are they super cute, but they’re also super simple to make! And the best part about creating these cute cupcakes is that they can easily be made gluten free. Just swap out traditional cake mix for gluten free cake mix when you bake your cupcakes — the rest of these cute Easter Bunny cupcakes are gluten free, too!

To make these cute Easter Bunny cupcakes, bake your favorite white cupcakes. Whether you prefer to make them homemade or use a boxed mix (like I did!) doesn’t matter! What matters is the cute topping we’re going to make for these cupcakes later on.

After the cupcakes are cooled, add your favorite white icing to the top. Then, fill a small bowl with white sprinkles. Dip the iced cupcakes in the white sprinkles and lightly press the icing into the sprinkles to make sure they really stick.

Keep dipping all the cupcakes in the sprinkles until each of them are covered. Then, set your cupcakes aside.
Make the Easter Bunny Cupcake Toppers
Now it’s time for the fun part — making your bunny ear cupcake toppers! These adorable Easter Bunny cupcake toppers are so easy to make, but really make an impact. To make the ears, you’ll need large marshmallows, pink sprinkles, and a pair of kitchen scissors.

Start by cutting the marshmallows in half lengthwise diagonally to create an ear shape. Keep cutting each marshmallow until you have enough bunny ears for each of your Easter Bunny cupcakes.

After all the ears are cut, start dipping them in pink sugar crystal sprinkles. The inside of the marshmallow (where you made your cut) will be sticky, making it perfect for dipping into the sprinkles. They’ll stick right to it just by applying a little bit of pressure!

Finish decorating your Easter Bunny cupcakes by placing the ears on top of each cupcake. To make sure they’re secure, press each ear down into the icing. Be careful not to push too hard, or you’ll smear your icing and sprinkles, though!

And that’s it! See how simple these cute Easter Bunny cupcakes are to make? And I’m sure they’ll be a hit at any Easter party you attend this holiday season!
