After downloading your template, cut out out each shape using your scissors. Then, use the shapes to trace the shapes onto each colored paper. Here’s what color you need to trace each shape on:
- Green: tree
- Blue: windows
- Dark red: car body
- Light red: wheel well
- Grey: wheels
- White: hub caps
After cutting all your shapes, it’s time to put your car together! Let’s start with the wheels. First, glue the larger grey circles on top of the red semi-circle. Then, put the smaller white circles on top of the grey tires. Use a black marker or pen to draw lines around the white circle and create a hub cap in the middle of the cirlce, if you want.
Next, build your car by placing the two blue windows on the top part of the car body.
After that, glue the tires to the bottom of the car body to finish your car. But you can’t stop there! You need to turn your plain red car into a cute Christmas car!
