How to Make a Paper Plate Sheep
Once you download the PDF version of the printable sheep template from my freebie page, simply print it out on cardstock and set the printable aside while you start putting your craft together.
First, cover the paper plate with cotton balls by placing some glue on the plate, then topping the glue with cotton balls. Press the cotton onto the glue for a minute to secure it in place.
When your cotton balls are glued, it’s time to make your sheep face! Start by cutting the template out around the outer border of the face.
Next, attach the face to the top of the cotton balls with glue. Press the face down into the cotton and hold it there for a few seconds to secure it. Then, allow the glue to dry.
While the glue is drying on your sheep’s face, cut two strips from your piece of black construction paper to make the legs for your craft.
Then, glue the two strips of black paper to the back of the paper plate to make the sheep’s legs.
