Start by melting the white chocolate according to the package instructions. After that, dip each sugar wafer cookie into the melted chocolate and coat both sides evenly.

Use a fork to remove the cookie from the melted chocolate. Tap the handle of the fork on the side of the bowl to remove the extra chocolate. Then, transfer the coated cookie to a piece of parchment paper.

While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle red sugar sprinkles over the top half of the cookie. Then, press a mini marshmallow into one corner.

After that, add two mini marshmallows for Santa’s eyes. And one red M&M for Santa’s nose.

Once you have all your cookies decorated, all that’s left to do is allow the chocolate to harden. It will take around 30 minutes for the white chocolate to cool and harden at room temperature. Or you can transfer the decorated cookies to the refrigerator to speed up the cooling process.

Before serving your cookies, hold each cookie upside down to remove extra sprinkles from the top.
