To make your own Chex Mix appreciation gift, you’ll need a few items from the store. Here’s what I used to put together my own gift, but you can customize your presents however you want. Keep reading to get more ideas at the end of the post!
- Printable gift tag. Keep reading to see how to get your own Chex Mix teacher appreciation printable to use for your present.
- Cardstock. It’s a good idea to print out your gift tags on heavy cardstock so they don’t rip or fall apart as you’re putting your gifts together.
- Ribbon or twine. Attach the teacher appreciation gift tags to your snack bag with some ribbon or twine. I used a simple black satin ribbon for my gift.
- Chex Mix. Grab a bag of Chex mix to put together this quick and easy gift in minutes.

How to Make a Chex Mix Teacher Gift
Now that you have your gift tags downloaded and ready go to, it’s time to start putting DIY teacher gift together! Follow the instructions below for making this quick and easy present for your kids’ to pass out during Teacher Appreciation Week.

After downloading your teacher appreciation gift tag, print the tags out on heavy cardstock. Then, all you have to do is use a pair of scissors to cut the tag out around the outer edge.
After that, flip the card over and let your child sign their name so their teacher knows who this cute gift came from!

Once your tags are signed and ready to go, use a hole punch to put a hole in the corner of the card.
After that, wrap a piece of ribbon or twine around the center of the bag and thread one end of the ribbon through the hole in the corner of your card. Then, secure the card to the bag with a bow.
To keep the ribbon in place around your bag, flip the bag of Chex Mix over and attach a piece of tape over the top of the ribbon.
