- Blue punch. We used blue Hawaiian punch to make our slush, but you can also mix up a pitcher of blue Kool-Aid to prepare your own drinks.
- Pineapple juice. Add a little more tropical flavor to your drinks with the addition of pineapple juice.
- Grenadine. Use this cherry flavored syrup to add some shark blood to the top of each slush.

How to Make a Shark Slushie
You won’t believe how easy it is to make this adorable shark party food! And when you follow my easy instructions, you can prep your ingredients ahead of time and store them in the freezer until you’re ready to blend up your drinks.

The first step to preparing these cute shark themed drinks is to freeze the punch. I filled up two ice cube trays with blue Hawaiian punch, which gave me enough frozen punch for four servings.
Place the punch in the freezer and keep them stored there until the cubes are frozen solid.

Once the punch is frozen, pour the ice cubes into a blender and add the pineapple juice. Blend the two ingredients together until all the ice is fully crushed and you’re left with a smooth slushy consistency.

Divide the slush evenly into four cups. We used small 8-ounce clear plastic cups to serve our drinks.

Add a few Swedish fish to the drink by sliding them into the sides of the cup so the kids can see the treats as they drink their slushes.

Add some blood in the water by pouring a splash of grenadine over the top of each drink.

After that, all that’s left to do is add a gummy shark to the top of each slush to finish decorating!
