When the tree has been formed, use the pieces from the printable template to add the trunk to the bottom of the tree. After that, you can decorate the top of the tree with the yellow star.

After adding your star and trunk, decorate your Christmas tree with a little bit of tinsel. For our tinsel, we used gold pipe cleaner. Glue one end of the pipe cleaner near the top of the tree, then create a zig-zag pattern with the pipe cleaner, gluing each bend to each side of the tree.
