What I love most about these simple pudding cups is that you don’t have to prepare the pudding! All you need are some blue pudding cups and a handful of decorations to create some seriously adorable party treats.

Since this adorable beach party snack can be made without any baking, it’s perfect for a summer party! To make these cute snacks for your beach party food display, you’ll need:

• Snack Pack Mermaid pudding cups: The key to getting the right color in your pudding cups is to use Snack Pack pudding. There are two different pudding varities that you can use for this recipe: mermaid pudding cups or unicorn pudding cups. Both packages contain blue pudding.
• Graham Cracker Crumbs: To create the sand on top of your beach pudding cups, you’ll need graham cracker crumbs. You can purchase premade graham cracker crumbs to make your prep work easier. Or crush full graham crackers to add to the top of your pudding cups.
• Flamingo drink stirrers: Decorate the top of your pudding with some cute pink flamingo drink stirrers from Dollar Tree. You can typically find these plastic flamingos in the seasonal section of the store during the summer months.
• Paper Umbrellas: Finish decorating the tops of your pudding cups with some cute paper drink umbrellas. You can typically find drink umbrellas at Dollar Tree during the summer months.

How to Make Beach Pudding Cups

You won’t believe how easy it is to make these adorable party treats! In fact, there’s just two steps to putting this fun snack together — take off the lid and decorate your pudding cups!

Before you can start decorating your ocean pudding cups, you’ll need to take a minute to get your decorations prepared.

Start by trimming the flamingo drink stirrers to fit inside the pudding cups. I was able to just snap the ends of the sticks off using my fingers. But you can also use a sharp pair of scissors to cut the bottoms off of each stirrer.

Once you have your decorations ready to go, it’s time to start decorating your pudding cups! The first thing you’ll need to do is add the sand to your beach. Use a spoon to carefully scoop the graham cracker crumbs over one side of the pudding cups. Then, use the back of the spoon to spread the crumbs in an even layer over the top of the pudding.

After decorating the tops of your pudding cups with graham cracker sand, the only thing left to do is add your decorative items. Place the flamingo drink stirrers and paper drink umbrells into the sand to finish putting your cute beach snacks together.
