Ice the top of the ghost cupcakes

After baking the cupcakes, allow them to cool completely. Then, spread a thin layer of premade icing on top of each cupcake. The icing isn’t meant as decoration on these easy ghost cupcakes. It’s just there as a way to stick your meringue ghost cookies to the top.
